Privacy notice
Short version: we keep what you type into our forms so we can reply, for up to 24 months. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Write to [email protected] and we delete your data.

Who is responsible
WiseVision is the controller of the personal data collected on wisevision.tech. Contact for anything in this notice: [email protected].
Forms (contact, early access, demo)
What we store: your email address, and if you give them, your organisation, your role and what you wrote about your use case. We also store the time you sent it, which form you used, the browser user agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address, so we can stop spam and duplicate submissions. We never store your raw IP address.
Why: to answer you, and to follow up on the request you made. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, which you can withdraw at any time. Once you have written to us, replying to you and keeping the thread for follow-up is also our legitimate interest.
Where: in a database we run on Cloudflare (D1), and as an email to our own inbox. We do not use a third-party form or CRM service.
How long: 24 months from the date you sent the form, then deleted. Rate-limit entries (hashed IP and time only) are deleted after 24 hours.
Spam protection
Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is submitting. Turnstile processes technical data about your browser and connection to do that. It does not set advertising cookies.
Analytics
The site itself sets no cookies. The documentation pages remember your light or dark theme and the sidebar position in your browser's own storage; that never leaves your device.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless: it does not set cookies, does not use local storage and does not fingerprint you. We see aggregate numbers such as page views and referrers, not individual visitors.
Who processes it for us
One processor: Cloudflare, Inc. It hosts this website (Cloudflare Pages), stores form submissions (Cloudflare D1), does the spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile), counts visits (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and forwards form emails to our inbox (Cloudflare Email Routing). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Write to [email protected] from the address you used and we act on it without undue delay. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes, we update this page and its date.
