Cookies Policy

The following Cookies Policy defines the rules for saving and accessing data on Users' Devices when using the Website for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Website Administrator.

§ 2 Types of Cookies

  • Internal Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Website's IT system

  • External Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by IT systems of External Websites

  • Session Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Website or External Websites during a single session of the Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User's Device.

  • Persistent Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Website or External Websites until they are manually deleted. Files are not automatically deleted after the Device session ends unless the User's Device configuration is set to delete Cookie files after the Device session ends.

§ 3 Security

  • Storage and reading mechanisms - Cookie storage and reading mechanisms do not allow for the collection of any personal data or confidential information from the User's Device. Transfer of viruses, trojans, and other malware to the User's Device is practically impossible.

  • Internal Cookies - internal Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users' Devices

  • External Cookies - the Administrator is not responsible for the security of Cookie files from the Website's partners. The list of partners is included in the later part of the Cookie Policy.

§ 4 Purposes for which Cookie files are used

  • Statistical data - The Administrator and External Websites use Cookie files to collect and process statistical data such as visit statistics, User Device statistics, or user behavior statistics. This data is collected to analyze and improve the Website.

§ 6 Possibilities for determining conditions of storage and accessing Cookies on the User's Device by the Website and External Websites

  • The Administrator takes all possible measures to ensure the security of data stored in Cookie files. However, it should be noted that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the User's activities and the security status of the device being used.
  • The Administrator is not responsible for the interception of data contained in Cookie files, impersonation of the User's session, or their deletion, as a result of conscious or unconscious activity of the User, viruses, trojans and other spyware that may infect the User's Device.
  • Users, in order to protect themselves against the threats mentioned in the previous point, should follow the principles of cybersecurity on the Internet.
  • Services provided by third parties are beyond the Administrator's control. These entities may at any time change their terms of service, purpose, and use of cookie files. The Administrator is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for the operation of cookie files used by partner websites. Users can independently manage permissions and settings for cookie files for any website at any time.

§ 8 Website Requirements

  • Restricting the saving and access to Cookie files on the User's Device may cause some functions of the Website to malfunction.

  • The Administrator assumes no responsibility for malfunctioning functions of the Website if the User restricts in any way the ability to save and read Cookie files.

§ 9 Changes to the Cookie Policy

  • The Administrator reserves the right to change this Cookie Policy at any time without the need to inform users.

  • Changes made to the Cookie Policy will always be published on this page.

  • The introduced changes come into effect on the day of publication of the Cookie Policy.
